Ingredientessobras de peixe cozido (cerca de 300 grs)
salsa picada
1 cebola picada
5 ovos
1 chávena de chá de água fria
sal e pimenta q.b.
5 a 6 colheres de sopa de farinha de trigo
Faça um polme com a farinha, água, ovos batidos, cebola e salsa picados, junte o peixe desfiado e limpo de peles e espinhas, mexa bem com colher de pau. Deve ficar um polme grosso. Frite colheradas de massa em porções separadas umas das outras. Vá virando para que dourem de ambos os lados. Escorra-as em papel absorvente. Sirva acompanhado de um belo arroz de feijâo vermelho e saladas a gosto.
