Habitualmente cá em casa só consumimos o frango feito no churrasco porque é bastante apreciado. Desta vez e para variar, comprei umas perninhas, temperei-as á minha maneira levei ao forno e resultaram muito bem. Cliquem nas fotos para ampliar.
Ingredientes6 pernas de frango com coxa
2 dentes de alho picado
sal e pimenta q.b.
3 colheres de sopa de vinagre balsâmico
2 colheres de sopa de ketchup
1 colher de sopa de mostarda
1 fio de azeite
Faça uma mistura com o alho, vinagre, ketchup, mostarda, sal e pimenta. Esfregue muito bem as perninhas de frango e disponha num tabuleiro de forno forrado com folha de alumínio. Regue com um fio de azeite e leve ao forno 180º por 30 minutos. Verifique e se precisar deixe estar mais um pouco até estarem bem douradinhas e assadas.
Retire e sirva com saladas e batata frita, ou o que mais gostar. Ficou delicioso e foi aprovado por todos.
