Da necessidade de gastar uma alheira e uma massa quebrada, andei a pesquisar por receitas que levassem estes dois ingredientes, vi esta e achei que ia resultar.
Muito boa e que agradou a todos cá em casa.
É ainda uma ótima opção para piqueniques e entradas!
1 embalagem de massa quebrada de
compra
1 alheira
1 cebola
2 dentes de alho
1 fio de azeite
200 ml de leite
200 ml de natas
3 ovos
10 azeitonas verdes recheadas com
pimento
100 g de queijo mozzarella ralado
sal, pimenta e noz-moscada q.b.
salsa q.b. para polvilhar
- Forre uma tarteira com a massa quebrada.
- Numa frigideira, salteie a cebola e os alhos picados em azeite, junte depois a alheira sem pele, deixe cozinhar, retire do lume e deixe arrefecer um pouco.
- Bata o leite com as natas e os ovos até ficar homogéneo. Tempere com sal, pimenta e noz-moscada.
- Espalhe a mistura de alheira por cima da massa quebrada.
- Polvilhe com o queijo ralado e disponha as azeitonas cortadas ao meio.
- Por fim, distribua a mistura de leite, natas e ovos por cima e polvilhe generosamente com a salsa.
- Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180 ºC até ficar douradinho (cerca de 25 minutos)
